Use Alarm I/O On Camera To Control LED Strobe For Active Deterrence

Hello everyone,

The alarm outs on my cameras are dry no/nc outputs. I have been trying to find a relay that will power a strobe (on its own/separate DC power) when the camera I/O Closes the circuit. All the relays I see are "Current sensing" not "continuity sensing". Could someone please tell me what I need to solve this issue? Wouldn't adding current to the I/O circuit "fry" the camera? What am I missing.... I am already triggering a siren from the camera's I/O but the MP3 board looks for continuity not voltage.... I want to add the strobe to trigger off of the same signal as the MP3 board.
