Jeesh .. I am seeing a higher than normal run of bad electric lock issues lately. Not naming names, but I've had a failed ELR kit, an electrified lever set with a failed REX option sensor, and another vandal guard/clutch assembly slipping in another. AT another site, we have an electrified trim that has a short in it out of the box.
Received the replacement ELR kit an it works like a charm but had to pay the locksmith to go back out to change out the bad one.
