We are consolidating a ton of nvr servers to just a couple I am wanting to transfer the licenses from the old ones to the new ones. I was told this doesn't cost now by a rep a while back, is that true? Also what is the process on this. I tried contacting exacq but they have yet to respond. Since I took over the cameras I haven't really had to mess with licensing. I'm guessing I need to get with the people he was buying camera licenses from?
