Experience Center / Demo Room - Good ROI For Integrator?

We have an opportunity to build out a new "demo" room. Looking for feedback from other integrators that have built them and if they are seeing a return on investment. Up until now most of the time we meet at the client's location and do our demos at the clients sites which have worked well and have a minimum cost. With our new space, we can build a room or rooms like some of the manufacturers have (Axis) and use it for training, demos, and lunch & learns. Feedback before investing a lot of money would be appreciated.
