Human rights violations, working with 3rd parties to deceive the US government, attempts to mislead the industry on the extent of their cyber security vulnerabilities.

Hikvision has a clearly demonstrated history of not just operating somewhat aggressively, but being outright unethical and condoning illegal actions. Not to mention their Chinese government ownership.
