Will Huawei And Subsidiary(Hisilicon) Affect Android Integration With Cameras & NVR Using Hisilicon

 Since many of manufacturers including American,Taiwanese and Chinese use Hisilicon chipsets in their millions of NVRs and cameras,should this announcement be a concern about their level of integration with android OS?

I understand companies have their layer of software in between,but is this encapsulation good enough or may come into question?
