I can't believe there's not outrage on this thread! This is a mammoth power grab by politicians on the take from unions. It's sickening that Wage and Hour Compliance "Division" gets to '"decide", all by themselves.

Who's in charge of making sure Wage and Hour Compliance Division is in compliance with anything other than subversive crony favoritism? I guess we'll discover all the unintended consequences and have to create another Division to oversee the Division (at a complete waste of taxpayer money) after a decade destroying the small business entrepreneurs who drive a significant amount of the state's economy. If only we could legislate stupidity, greed and waste out of the legislature.
