I need to use a sub-contractor for an upcoming job due to time constraints. Does anyone have a contract that holds the sub-contractor accountable for repairs/redo's on their work? Meaning, I do not want to get nickle and dime'd to death if the sub-contractor didn't do it right the first time. I want to be able to require them to come back and repair the mistake on their dime.
