We have an application where they do not want to spend the money on access control. A regular deadbolt won't work because the lock needs to lock automatically.
Does anyone make a z wave lock with a handle and storeroom function?
We would like to use it with alarm.com

Look at section F. It says the lock can auto lock after 30 seconds. I assume if the door was held open for 45 seconds, the lock would lock, but the door would still close?
I don't have any Kwikset handles, but I have two deadbolts, and I can confirm that the auto-lock function works. It doesn't sense door status, so if the door is open, it will still re-lock. Which is a problem with a deadbolt...not so much with a handleset.
I'm not familiar with a product like this.
The closest product I can think of is Yale's nexTouch lever, but I'm not sure it supports storeroom lock functions, I think the button turns the outside lock on/off.
