Using Hemispheric Camera For Church Sanctuary, Any Feedback?

I had an idea about putting a hemispheric camera on the ceiling in a church sanctuary for counting guests and was wondering if anyone had any feedback on that. Ceiling is about 30ft high and diameter of the circular (actually more of a decagon) room is about 100ft, and average guest count is 500-600. There is a balcony with about a 10ft overhang over the lower level, and about half of the "circle is the stage and backstage area (behind a wall). Would something like the Axis M3048 work for that?

Working with a church now that does else except they count the empty seats to come up with there attendance.

That wouldn't work with this church since they have pew seating. Seating can be pretty random. Needs to be a head count.
