Avigilon HDSM Smart Codec

As far as I understand, Avigilon HDSM is a smart codec too. which techniques of that three is used for this codec?

As to the Axis zipstream they are Dynamic ROI (region of interest), Dynamic GOP (group of pictures which is the very I-frame interval) and Dynamic FPS. But, I wonder about avigilon.

Also, I saw HDSM smart codec, HDSM, and HDSM2.0 in the avigilon website and datsheets. what is the exact difference between them?
