Question Regarding Week 3 Quiz

Hi John,

Just a quick question regarding one of the week 3 quiz questions I might be way off here but if you could explain it to me that would great thanks the question as follows was regarding latency 

So the answer was Neither TCP or UDP add more than200ms latency.

My confusion was that through the readings it said minimal difference between TCP & UDP adding 250 -300ms.

As you can see the answer says neither add more than 200ms.

So sorry if this sounds silly but am I reading this wrong & am I way off field.
