Today was mostly catchup (on emails, sleep, etc.).
Talked to Ahmed a bit about Ft. Wood. He was involved in initial deployment, the cameras are AHD back to Hik DVRs. Seems like the base may not understand the DVR risks (assuming they are still using them).
Heard that AVO is all moved out of downtown Dallas office. People are crammed into new space. The "Customer Experience Center" was gutted to line it with cheap cubicles. Some "offices" are shared by 3+ people. Lots of frustrations, more people leaving.
Spent some time going through 2017/2018 ISC West show floor maps and making notes. Very few big changes, but there are some notable smaller ones. Majority of the "mini booth" exhibitors from last year are not at this years show at all, etc.
