Nov 15, 2017Interesting article. My interpretation is that Hikvison would be more successful if they can adapt to the cultures they sell to. Westerners love to hear "sorry". We need to hear things will improve or we move on.

Nov 16, 2017The Chinese government cannot admit the 'obvious' because, in China, they do not need to:
- If historical facts embarrass the Chinese government, they erase them.
- If official statistics make the Chinese government look bad, they remove them.
- If information leaks about national safety problems, they censor them.
- If people publicly criticize the Chinese government, they abduct them.
This is completely foreign to Western mentality and experiences.
