Talked to a couple people about AVO CEO stepping down. Asked James if he had any comments, which he does not for now, also they are in a "quiet period" leading up to Nov 3 earnings call, we have a plan to catch up the next morning.

Searching/etc on Arecont lawsuit. Talked to someone with some info on the sale process and meltdown. Supposedly Schafer was told by people at Netposa that if he wanted the deal to close he had to keep Kaplinsky out of the meetings. Also confirmed Schafer was fired, not resigned (not that there was much doubt on that).
Went through Milestone online demo w/Paul from Milestone. Some info on who they are targeting, how many they are doing etc. Should make for a quick write-up.
