Hikvision PTZ: How To Set Zoom Level On Home Position?

I'm setting up a Hikvision DS-2DE5220I-AE PTZ camera, and I can't figure out how to set the zoom-level for the home position (or why it would be different than any other preset).

When I go to Configuration --> PTZ --> Initial Position --> "Back to Origin" (on the scroll list), I can set the camera PTZ positions for "home" and press "Set".  The settings are saved, but when it's recalled only the pan and tilt change - the zoom stays the same.

Every other position on the list works properly (or at least the way I would expect).

Any ideas?
