Dahua Audio/Mic Working With Mobile App?

Has anyone used a mic and speaker with a Dahua camera?

We setup a Dahua camera with a Louroe speaker/mic combo. If we use a phone on our local wi-fi and connect directly to the camera via IP address, we get two way audio and it works pretty well. But when we connect to the NVR and pull the camera up, we can not get audio using GDMSS Lite or Pro.

We do not have a mic for the desktop, so we have not been able to test it fully with Smart PSS. 

Our vendor has been working with us on this, and so far no luck. Anyone have any luck with this?
