From Tech Repbulic.
Summary:
Anyone within bluetooth range of a camera can cause it to try and connect to a new wifi SSID. The attacker specifies a non-existent network, causing the camera to go offline for 60-90 seconds while it is trying to connect. Eventually, it gives up and reconnects to the previous network and comes back online.
