Hi all,
Does anyone know how to turn on the heater in the Hikvision DS-2CD4585F-IZH?
I'm not seeing a setting for it in the camera configuration.

It just seems that there is ice forming on 1 of my Hikvision DS-2CD4585F-IZH cameras and I was wondering if the heater might have to be turned on.
