From this story about public safety during the Hajj, the world's largest gathering. Apparently, they've got 5,000 municipal cameras and 100,000 police and military to ensure order. Some videos at the link.
Can You Identify The VMS Being Used Here?
Nice SOC, but no idea in the VMS used. Couldn't help nice the number of air flow ducts needed to cool that room. What does that guy do if all of those phones ring at once?
It looks like Maxpro stripped down for the video wall from the picture behind the desk.

HooWee!
That's in Bedminster NJ, my Dad worked in that building for a while during his ~30 years with AT&T. He was able to get my sister and her classes tours when she was an IT instructor.

It' not look like MAXPRO
Green UI (But not sure it is Web GUI or VMS GUI).
Circle dot of loading screen. (It's rare in VMS)
Really don't know what is it. Consider the location it should be Qognify.
But the GUI is not alike.
It's definitely not Qognify. I don't mean disrespect to anyone, but there's no way Saudi Arabia would ever buy and use an Israeli-made software for their holy site.
