Electric strikes are a mainstay part of access control, but how often do integrators use them? In our recent integrator insights survey, we asked "In the past year, what percentage of new doors installed use electric strikes?"

Good article. We use them at what I would estimate the same rates, but cost is not really a factor. They more often than not meet the code and very few if any fire inspectors have an issue with them. So acceptance and their ability to meet expectations are our most important concerns. Where practical, they are our first choice.
